Ok,i need to rant. seriously.
Ok, so i screwed up by sitting on the leg press while sweating. But the way the ang mo said it,it's as if I keep making the same mistake, and he kept spotting me doing so. But it's only the first time (and the first time i saw this foreigner) and he didn't even bother to try to sound forgiving or at least tell me to bring a towel the next time. I know it's common knowledge to bring a towel to the gym,but sometimes we might forget, but to be told in such a way as if I committed some kind of crime? Really? I apologized, but he doesn't seem to give a fuck lol.
Saves me my breathe, and it's not as if I have Ebola and all sorts of airborne viruses that you have to spat at me for leaving my sweat on the seat. It's strange to know that I wasn't even treated this way when I forgot to bring a towel when using the gym back in the UK,kinda makes me think of the quality of expats/foreigners/naturalized citizens here.
It's not so much of a rant, but since i'm in the mood,i may as well say it. So my parents kept reminding this neighbor of ours to update their address so that their freaking bank statements and packages don't come to my unit, but somehow just cannot communicate to them in a way they will understand, and worse, they keep sweeping their dog hair over to us and the wind blew the hair into my house. This family is not ang mo,they're friendly, just not sure if they couldn't understand us or not bothered.
