My ear is healing well, and i'm cleared to restart my workout and able to travel again, so things are looking good. Got to apply some cream for the ezcema lurking around my ear though, hopefully it'll go away. Also just to visit a newly opened nature park last sunday alone, which felt good as I felt in charge of my own life again and did something without needing to wait on others. Also just finished a book talking about shame, and I can't believe how much I can relate, in fact, everyone can relate to it. Yeah, it's really good to keep knowing myself and finding the power to make changes. Changes starts with me first and foremost, so it aligns with what I've been doing all this while.
*Add on, I just had a lousy gym session, i guess it's too be expected when I missed working out for 4 weeks, but my running was just off form. I only ran3 minutes and already had some struggles with stitches. I managed to walk another 5 minutes then tried running normally again, but stitches struck again,so i gave up and went home. Oh well, I hope it doesn't mean that I have to start all over again to rebuild my stamina...
