Made a full recover just few days before my b-day (7/7), but kinda late on updating over here, but nonetheless the dengue cases is still rising, so i still have a chance of getting dengue again after getting bitten my a dengue infected mosquito. Plus my dad also have dengue,but from what i've seen so far, his is milder and knows what to do after I've been through mine.

 A little over a week since I had my high fever, and now that the fever and massive headache has gone away almost a week ago, rashes has been growing all over my body since then and literally covered every part of my body from my neck down to my toes. Thankfully, only some parts itch, and by now, most of the rashes under my skin has gone, with only my legs still looking quite reddish. The itches though, is still hanging around and causing me to have so much trouble sleeping, plus with the added humidity, it just sucks to sleep at night. My appetite, for the most part, has returned to normal and hopefully soon enough, I can return to doing my daily static exercises, twice weekly jogs and weekly gyms. Also we've got mosquito nets around my room window and my bed now,so it should help...I just slept with the nets on last night and it was kinda irritating because the nets were a bit too long for my bed and there's not much I can do about the excess length, which somehow during the night, I managed to snap one of the strings tied to my bedframe to keep the nets up. Oh well.
